We all go through tough times, when crisis or hardship keeps us from enjoying a home cooked meal.  Maybe you've been at the hospital all week taking care of a loved one, or everyone in the family has stayed home sharing the flu.  Perhaps a death in the family has temporarily turned your world upside down...  or the exhaustingly joyous occasion of having a baby has left the family frazzled, tired, and hungry.
